How airport pickup works
From your chauffeur's first text to your ride away from the terminal, here's what to expect when you arrive.
Land and connect
Your chauffeur will text you after your flight lands, so you have a direct contact for your pickup.
Collect your bags
For curbside pickup, collect any checked luggage before requesting your car. Traveling without checked bags? Head toward your pickup location.
Share your exact location
Contact your chauffeur with your terminal, level and door number. If possible, choose a less crowded spot within the designated pickup area and confirm it with your chauffeur.
Complimentary waiting time
Without a requested pickup buffer: complimentary waiting time starts when your flight arrives at the gate.
With a requested later pickup: complimentary waiting time starts at your scheduled pickup time.
If your flight arrives early or is delayed, we adjust your pickup time while keeping the same requested buffer.

Prefer to meet inside? Request meet-and-greet when arranging your pickup. Your chauffeur will greet you with a name sign.

Include the airport, exact FBO and any access instructions when requesting your quote. Your meeting point will be confirmed with your pickup arrangements.
Identify the flight and FBO
Provide the airport, exact FBO name and address, arrival date, expected arrival time and aircraft tail number. Include the flight operator and a crew or flight coordinator contact when available.
Plan for the passengers
Share the passenger count, lead passenger's name, luggage quantity and final destination. Mention oversized bags, golf clubs, child-seat requests, additional stops or assistance needs when requesting your quote.
For onward travel, include all stops and let us know whether you need a one-way transfer or a vehicle to remain available.
Confirm the handoff
Tell us who should receive pickup updates: the passenger, assistant, crew or another coordinator. Before arrival, confirm the exact FBO name and address, meeting point and day-of-travel contact on your booking.
Chauffeur details are provided to the booker. Updates when the chauffeur is on site, the passenger has been collected, or the trip is complete are available by request. Let us know which updates you need and who should receive them.
If your flight plans change
If your flight is delayed, diverted or moved to another FBO, contact SFDRIVEN promptly with the revised arrival details.
Ask us to reconfirm the pickup location, timing and vehicle availability, along with any effect on your reservation or billed time. Share the revised plan with the passenger and crew.
Arrival timing and minimum billing
Your chauffeur will be in position 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
FBO pickups have a 2-hour minimum for sedans and SUVs and a 3-hour minimum for vans.
All waiting time counts toward billed time, including the 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup.
Commercial terminal & FBO transfers
SFDRIVEN provides transfers from commercial airline terminals to FBOs and back. Include both flight details, the airport and FBO names, passenger count, and luggage requirements when requesting your quote.
Restaurant meal delivery to your aircraft
SFDRIVEN can collect food from restaurants and deliver it to your aircraft, subject to FBO access arrangements. Provide the restaurant, order details, collection and delivery times, FBO, aircraft tail number and delivery contact. Let us know whether you have already placed and paid for the order.
Collection and delivery charges will be confirmed with your quote. If aircraft-side access is unavailable, we will coordinate an approved handoff location with your designated contact.

Consider luggage as well as passenger count. Include golf clubs, oversized bags and child-seat requests so we can confirm the right fit.

Changes and cancellations
Notify SFDRIVEN promptly if your flight time, airport, FBO or itinerary changes. We will reconfirm the pickup arrangements and explain any effect on pricing. Review the cancellation terms provided with your quote before confirming your reservation.
Transportation to your departing flight
Provide the time your crew wants you to arrive at the FBO, along with your departure location, passenger count and luggage details. This helps us plan your pickup around the required FBO arrival time.
